Do not rely on information on the Site as advice
The content or information displayed on our Site or any third party website which may be accessed through links provided on the Site is not intended as advice but merely as information. Before making any decision or taking any action based on any information displayed on the Site or any such third party website that may affect your finances or business, it is recommended that you first obtain appropriate professional advice. We encourage you to contact us directly should you require such advice.

We are not responsible for websites we link to
Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of, or responsibility for, those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.

We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Notice.
You should beware of phishing and spoofing
If you receive an unsolicited e-mail that appears to be from Aon and that requests you to provide personal confidential information (such as your credit card number, username, or password), or that asks you to verify or confirm your Aon information by clicking on a link, it is most likely that the e-mail was sent by a "phisher" or "spoofer."
Aon will never ask for this type of information in an e-mail, and we strongly recommend that you do not respond to these e-mails and that you do not click on the link. Responding to “phishing” places you and your personal information at risk.
South African law applies
These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by South African law. You and we both agree that the courts of South Africa will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
